If I could give them 10 stars I would. Parag is by far the best pharmacist I ever have come across, and I have seen many moving around southern Ontario and dealing with various medical issues. He is incredibly attentive, he knows his stuff through and through, he takes the time to truly get to know you and actually cares. I recently moved again and even though I am no longer close to Parag he has made it clear that I can email or call him whenever I need help or clarification around my meds.

I was skeptical about switching pharmacies when I moved in to this neighbourhood. I decided to do so based on convenience, and I am happy I did. All of the staff are knowledgeable and informative. They are kind and always genuine. They are fast and always have my priscriptions ready for pick up. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I had a problem with the fast food place. Ordered poutine and it was ice cold. Took it back and someone told me I had to wait 15 mins because someone had accidentally turned off the gravy. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager refunded my poutines and gave me two free orders of chicken and fries. As I had a 15 month old baby waiting for lunch. She then told me to sit down and she would bring it. She brought them fresh and put a free small vanilla ice cream on my tray as well. Thank you shirley for making this right. You made my day!
